Based in Boca Raton FL, Josh is a successful real estate developer who built his career during the Great Recession by owning and developing manufactured housing communities. After a successful sale of his real estate assets in 2018, he strategically diversified his profits into alternative investments, focusing heavily on Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs).  This shift allowed him to explore various asset classes, including multifamily, office, NNN retail, and student housing.

Since 2018, Josh has actively overseen the acquisition and disposition of more than $25 million in DST investments. His approach to investing blends single-asset DSTs with multi-asset portfolios, refining a unique skill set through meticulous due diligence. He goes beyond standard brokerage reviews by personally inspecting properties, analyzing competing assets, interviewing sponsors, and thoroughly examining Private Placement Memorandums.
