There has been a good deal of press lately about how the real estate market has yet to fully adjust to the current higher-for-longer rate environment. In addition, certain sub-sectors like office and retail are still dealing with the systemic shock caused by COVID19, especially in larger cities.

However, we now feel that the market offers opportunities for investors in multifamily real estate that have patience and discipline. We are increasingly constructive on the outlook for workforce multifamily in the Southeast.
