In this week’s Portfolio Company Spotlight Joshua Siegel and Mat Kaliski of Acronym Venture Capital discusses Agent IQ, a digital customer relationship platform that allows banks and credit unions to improve personal engagement and communication with their customers. As more customers carry out their banking services online, a trend that accelerated during Covid, Agent IQ’s mission is to help credit unions and smaller regional banks transform their digital customer engagement and help them compete with the larger national banks.
Agent IQ believes that augmenting personal relationships is a better approach than replacing them, so they have developed tools that allow customers to communicate directly with their relationship manager, regardless of how they interact with the bank. This deepens customer relationships, improves customer satisfaction and boosts service efficiencies.
