Adam Goldenberg is based in Atlanta and joined Ballast Rock in July 2021. As an Investment Associate, Adam's responsibilities include all initial review underwritings, in depth market analysis for comparable asset pricing, market rents and economic and population analysis as well as the research and development of marketing materials.

Born in Minnesota, and attending school in Georgia, Adam graduated with honors from Emory’s Goizueta Business School with a concentration in Finance.
